Delete your MoonCycle account and data

In the app (immediate)

Open MoonCycle and go to Settings. On the partner's screen, open the menu at the top right.
Tap Delete my account and data (or Account, then Delete account).
Confirm with your phone's fingerprint, face or PIN (or your password, if your phone has no screen lock).

Your account is deleted from our server straight away, together with everything linked to it, and MoonCycle erases what it stored on that device.

Without the app

Email mooncycle_contact@ioncodex.org from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my MoonCycle account". We will delete your account within one month and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address.

What is deleted

Your account: email address, password hash and sign-in sessions.
Your consent records and tip ratings.
Partner sharing: the shared summary, pairing codes, messages, and your connection to a partner.

What is not on our server

What you log (periods, symptoms, notes) stays on your phone and never reaches us. Deleting your account in the app erases it from that device; uninstalling the app does too. If you only email us, delete the app from your devices as well.

What we keep

Server logs, which may contain your IP address, are deleted automatically within 14 days. We keep nothing else.
